We are playing 10c/25c and we are in the sb. It is folded around to the button who makes a weak play and just calls. What should our stealing range be?

You have no steal range - unless this is an unusually tight 10c/25c game and you think that the BB or the bu will likely fold.

As a rule, I raise my UTG raising hands for value, and *maybe* hands like KTs, QTs for drawing flops but I much prefer this play in the BB than the sb. Anything else I just complete.

With an ultra-loose limper I will sometimes raise any two here, beacuse not only do I have my outs but I also have A / K scare card outs (as long as he has a little post-flop common sense).

I steal with nothing in that situation, any piece of the board and people at those limits will call down so your betting in hopes of hitting the flop harder than them basically.

At those stakes almost all raises are for value.
1. Get a seat to their right
2. Steal blinds at will
3. ...
4. Profit

This usually either means a moderate hand like JT, J9, etc., or a monster like AA and he wants action. I will raise anything better than JT and slow down if he calls the flop; c/f the turn or river if i have nothing.

More detail the bb is tight and folds to much and button is a horrible player that will call down with any pair regardless of board. What hands do we raise for value to bully the bb and get meads up with the horrible button player.
