when somebody stands pat they have at least a straight, if not a flush boat or quads. Calling a stand pat with trips= being a fish. Sure, the stand pat bluff is used lots at 5/10 but this was like the fifth hand, and he called every time i stood pat thereafter which = $$$$$$$ (even though i got raped by the deck all night) fwiw, this guy claimed that he was better than me, but that was after sucking out boat over boat, flush over flush and trips over my top two and calling every time i stood pat. l-o-l |
