Argh..i quit playing for a few months due to busy life. I come back and check my poker tracker stats for last couple thousand hands of $2/$4
VP$IP : 18.79%
Flop aggression 0.98
turn 1.79
river 1.71
ARGH! Im down about $175 and having no luck getting up. I gotta get the aggressive mind set back I guess

If I sucked on an exhaust pipe for a while, then proceeded to turn blue and engage in violent caughing and weezing, would you diagnose me as having a cold? Athema?

There could be lots of reasons you're having a downswing and lots of reasons your AF took a dip. The union of those two events tells us nothing. The problem certainly isn't your aggression factor, but it might be a symptom.
