Full Tilt 0.25/0.5 Hold'em (9 handed) Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver Cards)

Preflop: Hero is CO with , .
4 folds, Hero raises, Button calls, 1 fold, BB 3-bets, Hero calls, Button calls.

Flop: (10.40 SB) , , (4 players)
BB bets, [color=#CC3333]Hero....

Villian notes: -open raises A9s in UTG+1
3bets TPBK in multiway pot after c/r
calls raises pre with J9s on button
3bets 33 on button with 2 in

So Ive got OESD, DB FD, and one over BUT it was 3 bet preflop so the over outs have to be discounted for sure....looking at about 8+1.5+1 outs? 10.5 outs
-do we play this aggressively or c/c then fold UI

Villian seems borderline maniac. Raising a maniac with Q high is not doing yourself any favours unless you're willing to go to showdown UI. I would raise any straight card or a Q on the turn. Obv. you're going to jam a straight but if you raise a Q and he 3bets, just call down.

Would usually go for a free card play here against most players but given your notes on villain I think you are better off just calling and hoping the button calls behind instead of forcing the button out of the and jamming more money in the pot whilst behind only to have villain 3-bet or donk the turn.

pre-flop: I just personally hate limping first in, but I definately should have taken into account the maniac in the bb. So (attempting to learn from this) with a maniac in the blind would I be more inclined to limp or (what I think) should I be more inclined to play better hands/fewer hands when hes got $$ in the pot?
