Hand History is from Titan so excuse format. The player Villain considers himself as tight/aggressive. I have one note on him that says he called Preflop raise from MP w/ 4/7 suited.
I'm in late position and I think Villain is in SB. Other is in EP.
Should I have bet the Turn and the River??
Dealer: Your cards Ad Jc
Dealer: Other calls $0.50
Dealer: Hero raises $1
Dealer: Villain raises $1.50
Dealer: Other calls $1
Dealer: Hero calls $0.50
Dealer: Dealing Flop Th 7h Kc
Dealer: Other checks
Dealer: Hero bets $0.50
Dealer: Villain raises $1
Dealer: Other folds
Dealer: Hero calls $0.50
Dealer: Dealing Turn Th 7h Kc 9s
Dealer: Hero checks
Dealer: Villain checks
Dealer: Dealing River Th 7h Kc 9s 5h
Dealer: Hero checks
Dealer: Villain checks
Dealer: Villain shows One PairQd Qs
Dealer: Winner is TheFinn with One Pair 9s Th Qd Qs Kc $6.75
The only thing that beats him is a King so I can't see him folding if I bet the Turn and River. I see him calling it down.

I probably wouldn't bet this flop given preflop action. Villains 3betting range *generally* makes you an immediate dog. He's not 3betting you with ATo, so you don't beat a single hand in his range.

Given this flop I'll check/fold.
The only hope that you'll have in this hand is if villian re-raise with low pairs, and you have your 10 outs against him, and I have seen people who do re-raise with them.
On the other hand, if villian is re-raising you with any two big cards, you're almost dead. I think it's unlikely villian will re-raise with AJ, so if he has anything like AK/AQ/KQ(more likely) or KJ/AT/KT (less likely) you're in big trouble, and even if he has QJ (also unlikely) he has OESD against you as well.
So factoring all, you can never be aggressive with this hand unless you get a Q. Therefore you should treat this hand as a gutshot only draw, and the pot is just too small for you to continue.
EDIT: Yeah forgot the 3-bet pre-flop. You probably have the implied odds to check/call the flop for the gutshot, but dont' bet out

You will get 10:1 on a flop call, probably just enough to call only because 1 of your outs puts 3 to a flush on board. If all 4 queens were to the nuts, it's a very clear call.

Betting the flop is waaay too aggressive. I'll check/call, but just barely.
