At a .10/.25 NL table earlier some crazy german dude was buying in for $5 and shoving literally every hand. I saw him rebuy 12 times in the space of 50 hands. So knowing that he's shoving, ahem, "wide", what sort of hand would you call with? A2XX suited, KK24 double suited? I got $15 off him, but I'm quite nitty because i'm not 100% certain of the value of certain starting hands in 08 yet. I think maybe i could've had more away from him if i'd been more willing to gaaaammbool.
There's only one system. Bet. Lose. Borrow. Steal. Lose. Take the drugs. Lose. Prison. Death.

TLR is an unknown quantity at this point
If you have a good position (i.e you will not have too many people that can call behind you) I would call with any hand that has decent two way potential, for example AK56 with 1 suite to the K or A, 23QQ etc...

Keep in mind that a lot of omaha h/l hands run pretty close in value, you rarely have dominating hand preflop like u have in holdem
