Looks like you need some work on your pre-flop play too.

Hand 1 (with 78): Preflop is fine, you have enough limpers to call with this speculative hand. Post-flop you hit the hand you were speculating for--so why are playing so ridiculously passively? By the river the only thing that beats you are another two pocket clubs containing one higher than 8; you can't seriously think you are beat (and you are paying off a higher flush every time). So I just don't understand. Starting on the flop I bet/raise every opportunity because people won't put you on a flush and many hands will pay you off (a pair of aces, straight draws, and lone high clubs, not to mention the occassional two pair and three of a kind). Slow down only if a 4th club hits or if there has been lots of action and the pair boards. Failing to bet/raise every opportunity, I'm okay with a trapping play of calling the flop, raising the turn, and leading the river. It's debatable, but I think this is less +EV than just hammering this hand everywhere.

Hand 2 (with KJ): 6-handed this hand is usually strong enough to open-raise with UTG, so raise preflop. Flop and turn is good. River depends on reads. Against most opponents, they are donking with top pair low kicker or a busted draw in this situation and I can raise, and without a read this is how I play. Against others you can call (and without a read at 2c/4c calling might be a better default play, I don't know).

Hand 3 (with Q8): I fold this pre-flop, but there are enough limpers that calling is not the end of the world. Post-flop I like.

Hand 4 (with K9): 9-handed I fold this UTG+1. It's too easy to be dominated and it's so out-of-position. I like the initial check on the flop, but when it gets back around to you with CO having bet and SB folding, it might be a good place to raise. CO is quite possibly just playing his position and if you can get it heads-up by raising here you have a MUCH better chance of winning than by just calling.

Hand 5 (with TJ): EASY fold 9-handed and UTG. Unsuited connectors are VERY speculative and you can't profitably play them in early position. Post-flop good.

Hand 6 (with TJ): Compared to last hand, the raise in this hand is much better, because it is 7-handed instead of 9-handed, you are UTG+1 instead of UTG, and your hand is suited as well as connected. Nevertheless, this suited connector is still speculative and not very playable in early position, so I fold this preflop as well. Post-flop I like.

Hand 7 (with AT): I play it the same.

Hand 8 (with AA): I play it the same.
