I know, still not a 'large' number of hands...but i just want to keep making sure im on the right track with my progress. I played these hands at Party's .5/1 and interpoker's 1/2 tables.

VP$IP: 22.93
VP$SB: 44.70
W$WSF: 31.39

BB/100: 2.04

Went to SD: 35.14
Won$ at SD: 48.32
PF Raise: 8.79

Aggression Factor:

Flop: 2.23
Turn: 2.40
River: 2.41
Total: 2.33

Total Cold Calls: 20

The 3 numbers that stand out to me as needing improvment are my BB/100 my Won $ at showdown and the amount of times i've cold called. It might be possible that im taking too many hands too far? I think if i improve my Win at Showdown $$ the BB/100 would obvioulsy improve...any ideas on what i might be able to change to help that out?

elipsesjeff is an unknown quantity at this point
You're seeing too many flops. Get that VPIP down to 18 or so by following SSH tight guidelines. You can do the math that every 100 hands you are seeing 4 less flops. It costs you .5 BB to see each flop. Thus, your win rate will increase by 2 BB/100 if you decrease your VPIP by 4 percent.

Secondly, stop Cold Calling.

Interesting comparison...Party .5/1 and Inter 1/2. Seems to me they play totally different. I encounter tons of weak-tighties at Inter, while Party is, of course, just that. But before Fnord moves me to 'Online Poker Rooms'...

- You are too loose...should be below 20, if you ask me. Watch out for speculative hands out of position (KT, A9, etc.)
- You are correct too many cold calls.
- PFR is good.
- W$SD will come up when you tighten up a bit.
- Aggression is quite good. Actually, that river aggression even looks a bit high compared to previous streets. In other words, make sure you are thinking about possible holdings and number of opponents when you bet out or raise on the river. Being more selective here could tweak up your WR a bit as well. Come to think of it, at these levels, people commonly call down with middle pair, so maybe don't worry about it too much...something to think about for higher levels though

Check back at 15k hands.
