TLR is an unknown quantity at this point
I am far from being a Omaha expert but I will give this hand a try:
PreFlop: Marginal Hand but the limp is OK
Flop: You flopped bottom two pair, far from being great, you have a raise and a call in front of you, you are probably behind to a better two pair or a set, and your chance of improving are slim (4 outs) out of which at least two are not really outs since they will give the other 2 pair a better boat. I would seriously consider folding here. To make matters worse you have a 4th caller.
There are no flush draws on the board, so the reasonable holdings are two pair, set or str8 draw. You are holding two of the Qs, limiting the number of draws out there.
Turn: No imporvement to you, again a raise and a fold, definite fold.
River: OK you hit your boat, the person who was leading the hand is betting out. Lets look at the possible range of hands he can have.
AA - I would say low probability, since there was no PFR.
KK, 33 - Possible, but not highly probable
AK, A3, K3 are all possible, A3 has you beat, K3 has you tied and you beat AK.
I am igonring the 7 that fell on the turn because I doubt it improved him.
So basically the only hand that you have beat is AK, If I was still in the hand I would call the river bet, raising was definitly a mistake, you have a low boat, if someone has less then that they will probably not call your raise

Fold preflop, Omaha is a game of position. Far more so than its texas counterpart. I will be releasing my Omaha guide someday soon.
