First hour was somewhat frusterating. I could not get any good cards and when I did, I would lose to something horrible like 87o. I didnt think I was playing bad or any differently that I have been before in lower limits. I was down 20bb until I finally got a good string of cards and ended up 10bb in the green! Overall, I find that this limit is better than .02/.04 and it is a place where I can learn more without risking a whole lot of money. I am going to stick to .05/.1 and learn more and more from SSH. Thank you Gabe and everyone else for talking me into moving up.

If you got the cash, you should try to move up to the Party .5/1 game.

jbmagic: my starting BR for .05/.1 is $69. It's better than .02/.04 because it is a better enviroment for learning. Less(not much less) people see the flop and you can win more money . I have read all the way through SSH once and working on my second time. It is a great book, so much information.

Fnord: I am building my BR for just that

What he said definately. The 50ยข/$1 party tables are easier than the stars .05/.1 tables.
Is that guy still part of the forum??

A nice $500 deposit for the max $100 bonus should stake you for .5/1 nicely. Remember to get a rakeback pimp first...

I do not have $500 dollars, YET. Can you explain what a rakeback pimp is?

Consider it an investment in poker. Relative to live play stakes, $500 is nothing.

PM me or ttanka for rakeback information.

Nice work.

You might be running pretty "hot", per the high W$SD and bb/100. Don't be surprised if you see some swings the other way.

Also, you seem to be pretty careful on the river, per the R-Agg. I've received a lot of advice about betting for value on the river--make sure you are doing so. Keep it up!
