Hi all,

I have been reading this site ever since I lost my deposit on PP - I was a rock until i lost it all moving up in limits with no bankroll - lesson no 1 learnt big style

So after reading this site and investing in SSHE i started again and now i have a few questions...

I have only played about 4k hands. I have my stats in PT but i keep reading that statiscally I am going to need alot more to really know where I stand. Is there anything i can take from these stats?

My vpip is 22.30, BB/100= 6.58 , pfr=5.26
Now if i can take something from these stats its that I am maybe not aggressive enough preflop. What I am unsure of is how I can turn this around or even if i should turn it around as I am winning at the moment.

Is this an area i need to improve on as I go up the limits (or at least attempt to)?

If i do is it a good idea to go through my successful hands (partic b/l broadway connectors) and add them to my raising list subject to position.

I appreciate there are no absolutes and adapting to table conditions is important, but any advice on whether I'm on the right track would be appreciated - as would any other stats that it would be useful for me to look at.

Who knows in the future i may be able to give some advice!

I am playing at lowly .25/.50 if that is important

Many thanks in advance

Welcome to FTR. You're probably limping with pockets a lot and not raising from the CO/button enough. Post your position stats and that'll tell the tale. Other than that, your VP$IP seems fine and your winrate looks good too. Is this 6-max or full ring?

Sample size is too small, but you should definitely be winning more on the button.

Edit: Whoa! Wait a sec. This is LIMIT forum. I hate/suck at limit. Ignore everything I've said except the "Welcome to FTR" part.

Your PFR with your pocket pairs is way low. Particularly TT-66 should be raised a lot more. You are probably not opening with a raise with these hands from enough positions(I generally raise them UTG). You are probably also not raising to isolate single limpers often enough.

haha I need to read the rest of people's posts first.

Your vpip is good, start isolating limpers in late position with good hands
