Yesterday's session was pretty good (7.35 BB/100 hands - 634 hands total), but I made some bad plays. How should I have played these hands differently?

Hand One:

PokerStars 0.25/0.50 Hold'em (10 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Silverfist is MP1 with J, A.
UTG calls, 2 folds, Silverfist raises, 4 folds, SB calls, 1 fold, UTG calls.

Flop: (7 SB) T, A, A (3 players)
SB checks, UTG bets, Silverfist raises, SB folds, UTG 3-bets, Silverfist caps, UTG calls.

Turn: (7.50 BB) 2 (2 players)
UTG bets, Silverfist calls.

River: (9.50 BB) Q (2 players)
UTG bets, Silverfist calls.

Results oriented much?

Is pulling up your biggest losses an effective way to look for leaks?

Looks mostly fine.

I'd raise the river in hand 3.

Betting the river in hand 4 wasn't a mistake.

Yeah, I was going to say the same, but I think his biggest problem at this point is learning how to think about these things in retrospect.

yes i have had that problem and still strugling a bit with it... i actully stoped using filters for biggest loosers instead i auto play all my hands from a perticular table and look for leaks that way...

It's my guess that a lot of small stakes players who take the game seriously under-estimate the impact of missed bets on their earn and spend far too much of their post-mordum time looking trying to save bets.

I don't do it looking to save bets or see where I missed bets I do it to try and find repeated mistakes and not the random misplay or something, I do it more or less for a broad picture trying to improve my game, I have had many struggles so I’ll do whatever it takes to become bettor... I'm not sure what you mean by small stakes player spend to much time post-mordum, it's not about saving 1 or 2bb here and there it's to try to find gapping leaks that are contestant...
