check/call, folding on the river is something i just don't like to do unless it's damn obvious i'm beat

i'm not making a move at this pot. it's way more likely that they would have a king with a crapper kicker. after all...they did bet into 4 players on the flop. how aggressive are they postflop? i think most players would take a free turn card here with anything less than top pair.

I think you can bet this river for value, fold to a raise; I smell high ace out of the Button and very rarely a Backdoor flush. He has probably seen you muscle people out of pots all session, figures you would have raised a hand with a K and is calling you down to "keep you honest" If he has Kings, he is calling you. If you check, he bets his Kings anyway. A bet gives you a chance to win on the fold and if you showdown the hand, the other players will see you betting mid pair off a checkraise to the river, and will pay you off when you make the same move with TPTK.

Sounds like this guy isn't folding any pair here, matter of do you have him beat with you pair?

check/call is the most EV+ if you're ahead and least EV- if you're behind
