hand 1
any read on MP3 player? I think maybe he is staying in on overs (so he might have hit his Jack), or a PP. Couldnt really say anything with confidence though.

hand 2
I think for sure the SB guy has Aces up, or at least pair of aces. I defintiely wouldnt think he had an eight.

hand 3
nothing wrong with folding ace medium off, to a 3 bet.

hand 4
I wouldve checked the river, your most likely beaten

hand 5
hmm odd. you are probably in bad shape even more so if another diamond fell on the river. very nice fold here.

Hand 1: Without a read on MP3, It would seem unlikely that he would call down with a 9 - its more likely that he holds Ace high, maybe give him some credit on a low PP... He probably calls the river with anything at this point with only 2 players.
Hand 2: Sensing the steal, I could see SB calling with Axs (maybe A7s). If hes tight-passive, I doubt hes just betting the scare card so Im assuming youre behind on the turn. Im thinking maybe two pair, aces and sevens. You can be pretty sure you took that on the river, awesome steal .
Hand 3: great fold.
Hand 4: I would have folded this PF, even 7 handed. I could see BB calling down with Q-rag. You might be beat here.
Hand 5: wow, good fold.

If he had A7 or A8 his decision on the river wouldn't be close, he'd pretty quickly find the call or raise button. If he's acting he must have a much stronger hand, but I think he had a legit decision putting him on a naked Ace on the flop. I just couldn't find it in my heart to fold a pair heads-up on a steal...

He's got a better hand, position, a clue how to play post-flop and I'll never know where I'm at until showdown. I just couldn't find a reason to call....

But I'm such a LAgg . I tell myself I might be beat everytime I check behind on the river. Then I get shown some crappy hand and realize I missed a value bet.

In retrospect, I'm more skeptical. I guess I put him on a high raising standard. Curious what others think...

hmmm looks like shorthanded meets full ring...my thoughts:

hand 1: woulda done the same
hand 2: nice
hand 3: yep
hand 4: lol A9o in middle position...from the looks of how your opponents played maybe one had a queen with a weak kicker

hand 5:
it's 12:1 for you to call that turn, don't you think your 2 jacks and 3 kings deserve better treatment?

hmmm looking at it again 2 or 3 more people were left to act, increasing your odds to call up to about 14:1. now assuming you call, the pot is ~15BB on the river. SB is expected to bet again, and then you can possibly make a crying call, getting almost 20:1 to call by now.

anyways, my guess is SB had a set.

hand 5 could have a straight also but playing w/ 8/6 or 3/6 kinda odd. He could have hit the set.

Good fold if it was thats a touph laydown to the novice player high pair with a good kicker.

How about 6.5:1 pot odds? Unless you can put him on AA precisely, I think you have to call one more SB here.
