SB is reasonably tight, I had stacked him on another table earlier with pair +NFD vs. overpair +2NFD. CO is running 63/3, his continuing range is...just about anything: straight draws, overpairs, overs, possibly worse flush draws. Presumably both would shove sets/NFD here. I suspect SB is testing waters with an overpair and I'd like him to fold, say, J-high flush draws, so we're isolating against the fish's weak range.

We pick up even more outs on the turn, but with effective stack sizes...is this a normal shove for value...do we want him to call or fold?

OK I guess even in worst-case scenario when villain has top set and NFD we aren't in terrible shape (40%), and either of those holdings are extremely unlikely. ...we're freerolling sometimes and ahead of almost anything else he has here so shoving can never be bad.

I definitely pot it/get it in here. Getting him to fold anything, especially bigger clubs, is a good result. From the postflop action, I think he is on a draw here nearly always.
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

it doesn't matter what I want to do, even reading the post my elbow was already jamming.

the best reason to bet is that you don't what to do on the river with clubs or 9s (7s too, a bit less scary i guess) and he'll probably play his hand perfectly on those cards ahead or behind.
