yea this is good he has Aces-up a tun and QJ a very small % of the time.

Also I def. fold PF but I've been trying hard to tighten up out of the SB lately.

TLR is an unknown quantity at this point
Assuming he does not have AA (which is reasonable assumption) I think the most likely hands he has given his action are aces up or some kind of a low str8 draw (2345/3456/A345 etc), so I am not sure if the best move on the river is to bet or to check-call and give him a chance to bluff if he missed his draw
