With your hand I think I called the raise on 4th, you have no problem with a multiway pot.
On 5th You may want to check-raise, since the A2 is probably betting if checked to him

I have a pretty big equity edge now that I want to push. 5th will have a pretty big impact on my equity and I'd like to build a nice and big pot that commits me to 7th.

It's important to realize that you're a favorite even heads-up against a big pair with a live four-flush and 3 cards to come, so the goal is usually to build the pot as efficiently as possible. Therefore, you should just raise the bet when it comes to you. You should raise since the player behind may fold for one bet if you only call (meaning you miss any opportunity to get more money in the pot) or possibly call two cold if you raise. It doesn't really matter if he folds for two bets, since the other player will at least call the raise to compensate for the lost bet. Players at this level also may check to you on 5th even when you catch a complete blank, allowing you to take a free card.

You're committed to 7th almost no matter what. In fact, a lot of cards will make you the favorite that don't complete your flush. The only time you can consider folding on a later street is if you face heavy action against likely trips or a full house.

Fair enough, but aren't I in much better shape keeping 2 players in the pot to keep bloating the pot?

Not really. Just because he was willing to call one small bet on fourth street doesn't mean he's going to give you any amount of action on later streets. Raising tries to get action from the player who's most likely to give it.
