Sorry I don't have hand history, but the scenario is something like this:
I was on button, there were already 4 limpers. I had 6d5d and also called. The SB Folded and the BB checked. The Flop came KsQd2d and the BB raised.
Here's where I am stuck. I have a flush draw, do I raise? I wouldn't think so because I have such low cards. The BB could be betting with anything, so I don't know if he has a higher flush draw, a straight draw, top pair, or two pair. What do I know if everyone else folds? What do I do is everyone calls?
thanks

If everyone else folds the pot is really too small to fight for at that point when all you have is a draw. I doubt a bet from EP in this case is a flush draw - unless the player is particularly aggressive - but more likely top pair/weak kicker (no raise PF). If the player is a weakie, you may be able to semi-bluff him out with a raise, so consider that as well.
If you get 1 or 2 callers you may be getting a good price to call (only call) since it's likely that the pot will be big enough and someone will be there at the end to pay you off if you hit your flush.
If you get 4 callers, now you can raise for value. Realize there may be a larger flush draw out there as well. (This is the advantage of being on the button. If you read someone for a larger flush you can save a bet by folding.)
Don't call 2 bets cold in this situation since it kills your odds, both pot and implied. Save your chips for a more profitable situation.

In limit it's almost never correct to fold a flush draw on an unpaired board. The pot is too big with implied odds relative to the amount you have to call.
On the button I'm more inclined to raise because I might be able to take a free turn card and just because raising on the button is fun.

Provided you aren't playing at a table that's tight post-flop. I wouldn't draw heads-up against someone unless I also had overcards, like AKs or AQs or KQs.

Raising on the button is LOTS of fun! (Then again, if the board is 4 flushed, and the button or other late position player raises, I put them on a flush draw and if i've got top pair I'll re-raise.)

I would, particularly if the pot was juiced pre-flop.

Tight tables are great for flush and straight draws. You can raise and they almost always give you your free card.
I would raise here.
