on a very very loose pot limit omaha table, what hands are you playing? most of the time there were 2-3 people AI pf. if not, then they were AI on the flop.

Probably the same hands i usually play. Id probably tighten up a bit more in UTGish positions and loosen up more in LP. Seriously tho, if they are getting allin preflop ALOT I would just move tables. Gambling for stacks on coinflips in cash games is not my description of a fun day at the tables.

Yes, hands don't dominate other hands nowhere near as much as in NL texas. For example, the jury is still out as to what the best starting hand is, A-A-K-K or A-A-J-10 (though many more, including myself, say the former).
You can beat a table like this, with some minor adjustments, though just switching tables would leave you pulling your hair out far less.

I lost an A-A-10-J hand today, for over a full stack, against 9-9-2-3 I believe it was. So I'm definitely folding it every time preflop from now on. And quitting poker. And putting my entire bankroll on one hand of blackjack, depending on how they let you wager. Probably it'll take a few hands. Hopefully I can double down on 8-8 against the dealer's 10 a few times and bust out with style.
Seriously, it was on a table similar to one this thread is about, so listen to our advice, unless you have a nice anti-anxiety medication on hand, just find a nice loose-weak table instead. There are plenty of those around.

I wouldn't call this fun... but isn't it free money? I don't know the charts, but the better hands are 3:2 favorites over the rest. Just fold until you have a hand that is 3:2 vs random hands (since basically they are playing random hands, or maybe random hands with an A or Pair)
