Raising villian is a standard tag... With almost 10:1 on the flop check/raise, am I right to make the loose call here?

Flop: fine (he could be raising all sorts of stuff here so often your overs a good and you have 2 backdoor draws inthere aswell thus it's an easy call in my book)

Turn: Fine

River: VALUEBET..!!! ok SB could be trying for a checkraise but I still think you need to bet when checked to.

What about raising the turn to eliminate the small blind and isolate a player who is likely behind? What types of hands do you think the tight aggressive player is check-raising the flop with? Most typical players have pretty loose check-raising standards facing a likely continuation bet.

I don't mind the hand at all. I'm ABSOLUTELY not folding the flop to one bet. But seriously, what is the BB check raising with? The only hand I see the BB check raising with and NOT winning at showdown is a pair of jacks or a complete bluff (who then would not call a river value bet)... otherwise BB is showing down either a completed straight draw (who a weak-tightie would check with after that river) or a flush draw (looking to check raise). I absolutely do not mind the river check

but then again, i'm also drunk

Check raise can sometimes be an aggressive player pushing around with nothing on the jack high into your raising range. I don't think you ever fold the check raise.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.
