I probably told this story once before, but:

I went to a cash game a few years ago and dropped a bundle. Well, it felt like a bundle. Maybe $100. I was down in the proverbial dumps.

On the way home, there was a story on the radio about those psycho fuckers in Chechnya shooting up a school inc. 180-something kids being killed etc.

I was like, geez my fucking god my sense of injustice is fucked up. I can make the stupid $100 back in under a day doing any number of things.

Sorry to be a downer. This post brought to you by 750mL of Penfold's. Mrs. LeFou is expecting and cannot help me finish the bottle.

Hands like #2 come up a looooot (where a good draw, ie JTxx+flush draw is 45-55% to win against top set). But sometimes villain will have a lower set or top 2 and be drawing nearly dead

Hands like #1 come up quite often too, but the villain usually has Qxxx for a ~40% chance to hit a higher boat.
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.
