Okay, a very basic question:

I can't be bothered to show an actual HH since the converter is offline.

But basically if I've got position on Villain, HU, and I've flopped a good hand (like 2p) or I've got a premium hand and the board is not dangerous I tend to call Villains flop bet.

Assuming he then bets the turn, I raise, he calls.
He checks the river, I bet, he calls.

Obviously if he re-raises on the turn or bets and re-raises the river I have to think a bit more.

But is this a good line to be taking? As far as I've seen if I raise the flop (+1SB) I get called, checked into on the turn (-1SB) and my bet can be folded to and little to no action is likely on the river (-3SB).

This seems to build a larger pot, but it also gives them a cheap look at the
turn and misses out on the chance of an even bigger pot.
Blah blah Op Blah blah

Faith in Jesus Christ is +EV. That is all.

Totally depends on opponent, but in general, heads up if you have 2p or better on the flop, you don't want to raise the flop. If you raised preflop, you should generally always bet when checked to. If you wait for the turn in that case, you are just giving worse odds on the call, which you don't want.
