Accidentally clicked into a Limit $10 Party SNG last night. I'm strictly a NL player and I hadn't clicked into a wrong game in awhile so I wasn't expecting to do very well but ended up winning.

Maybe I just hit the right table but after a few orbits it appeared there were 9 other fish and myself. I don't necessarily like limit(and especially not limit SNGs), but I'm considering trying a few more if they are this easy. Below are a couple of hands to illustrate. Irealize these aren't terribly interesting hands, just trying to give a few examples of poor play.

My questions:
1. Are Limit SNGs substantially easier/fishier then NL? At what level do they get tougher?
2. Does anyone else favor Limit ANGs over NL SNGs for this reason?
3. Was my play here reasonable given my reads? Note: I don't think I would have played this way if I thought my opponents had a clue.

Hand #1 may look like I played badly but Goldmemba was calling down with anything and I thought my read was good. When he didn't reraise the turn, I was pretty certain he didn't have the Ace. Ends up he calls me down with no pairs, no hi cards, and no draw. I can't even begin to imagine why he thought his 8 hi was good:

Hand #2 - Ransom234 struck me as the least fishiest, but still not so good. I was probably too aggressive with the 2nd reraise on the turn, but I was pretty sure my KJ was good. Probably should have just check/called.but at this point after all the bad play I was maybe too confident in my reads and forgetting that bad players get good cards and he could have trips, a higher PP or AJ. Didn't see laying down TPGK for another 475 anyway. After the hand he commented that he knew I had a higher pair.

1. Yes/Not sure
2. Yes, but SNGs in general are still an exercise in masochism

Ive had no problem winning them when I pick up a hand or two at the earlier level blinds. Even then you can survive off blind steals and make it to the money. yes the competition is very poor in these. I would enter in the 3 table limit sng's if more ppl would join those. only a few times do those actually get going.

Ugh, don't know if I could stand a 3table, 1 was bad enough and to make it worse one guy was using the clock about every other hand. Guess if it's easy money it'd be worth it.

I've 4 tabled the 30's for the while. They are very easy, its not until you get to the 50's where you might need some skill. I imagine the 10's are anything more than a coinflip.

the 10s on party are either tight or 7 people see the flop until the blinds go up and they think "dur i better tighten up or im out"

It doesnt really matter how well you do in the first 3 levels. As long as you dont knock yourself out, most are coin flips for ITM by the end.
