These are a few hands I laid down in Limit. I am still trying to learn when to let go of Hs. In SNGs I seem to get caught out on bad hands, so trying to play tighter while at the same time not being weak/rockish. This sh*t ain't easy!!
Any advice would be appreciated.
1. I laid down the eventual Full House which would have split the pot. Is this a bad laydown? I figured two of the raisers for rockets or AK which left me with 2PMK against what I thought were better kickers. Then the 2 hits on the river and I would've split 3 ways. Granted this is a beginners table and limit, but should I have stayed in? Or even laid it down Pre-flop given all the action? I called pre-flop because at these Beginners tables, there are a lot of people who want to see the flop and its difficult to get good reads.

2. Flopped middle pair from BB but folded to VIllain's turn bet of $1. Should I have just folded pre-turn with mid P WK? Stayed in as it was HU?

1.) Fold preflop.
2.) Fold on the flop.

3 things:
1. calling 2 bets even from the BB is pretty much cold calling... don't do it
2. Your flop bet was to find out where you stand, you're behind, fold
3. Use the converter

Thanks for the advice. BTW I tried to use the converter. The output was just a url which did not function. Can you point me to a thread explaining how to use it. Sorry for being a noob.
