I was kidding. I did know why you stopped. I just thought the particular cut-off point (13 bets) was kind of funny.

I've have slowed down before 13 in the KT hand. Bottom 2 pair isn't that great, and as was mentioned, sometimes they do wake up with hands.

Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

i was hoping someone would say that. i dont know why i didnt chime in and say so first. but, i would be seeing QJ after about the 6th bet and would likely shut down a little.

yes, i agree.

My read was really strong (didnt mention reads/history since the hands speak for themselves) but after 10bets i had to decide to just stop, and leave enough chips just in case.

There were also blind level, hu situation, chip stacks... that i took into account.

Otherwise, i would tend to stop at around 5bets on flop, maybe raise turn and call down if 3bet, i guess.

Yeah, I'm not criticizing it at all, sounds like you made the right choice given the stacks, etc. If this guy is routinely trying to get all in with one pair, there's no need to wait for a total lock to get most of his chips in.
