I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

Kind of need a read on UTG+1 for this one, but I would say folding is almost never the right play here unless UTG+1 is very passive and easy to read. I find that most players will not 3-bet the flop with a ten in their hand and will instead wait to checkraise the turn. I'd put villain on a middle pocket pair here or maybe A3 and I would cap the flop and if he still comes out firing I'd call down.

no flush draw, no straight draw, about the ONLY hand that he would limp, and then call with would be like TJ, QT, KT, and TT. 3 of those 4 hands, you can still catch up, and you aren't even positive you're behind.

Say he has 2 overs, like AK, and he's betting because a board like that you would have had to hit hard in order to be ahead.

I think it's auto call all the way down. AA has amazing equity against anything they are holding. just don't get into a pissing match unless the A comes on the River.
The older I get, the more I start wondering; Just what in the hell is going on here?

i don't see why he would 3 bet AKo on this board? that would take a read on the player, it's one of those hands that with no read i'd put myself on 2 outs...
