MP3 would 3-bet AQ/KQ? and call a cap w/TPTK/top two pair on that board?
I'd bet and call the 3-bet if it comes

This is why reads are nice. I'm certain one of them has AK. However, you're really hoping the other guy has AK or TT.

check/call is quite possibly the best line here, you're likely to be beat, but the pot is too large to fold

what about AA/KK? those were other possibilities I considered, as they both beat me on the river too.

Also reads. would CO not cap KK/AA?
Would MP3 not raise/cap AA or KK on that flop?

results:

we all check it down, both players show AK, I take down the pot.

i was just wondering if maybe I missed an opprotunity for a couple more bets, and I think maybe bet/calling would have been a better line here.

how did you get a split in this situation? wouldn't the SB have 4 queens with an ace kicker, beating your 4 queens with a king kicker?

Fnord read hands g00t.

Per betting the river, it's tough and it's one of those spots where I might check all the while my inner TAniac is saying VALUE BET! I really want to know more about my opponents to try to rationalize some kind of bet/fold or bet/call line.

Um, in Dwarfman's hand why doesn't BB take the pot with the Ace kicker vs. his King Kicker? Why do they split? I'm confused....

The converter probably doesn't read it right.

I think you have to check/call here. If I am holding a hand you beat, it is an easy fold for me.
