Any advice on how to play this hand? I'd consider myself a fairly good player but I can't get a handle on how to play this hand (I'm pretty much even money playing this hand over 20,000 hands but I think I should be making money).

I assume the answer will be the typical poker answer "It depends".

If I'm in late position and it's folded to me I am obviously raising with KQs or KQo. But i'm not sure how to play it with multiple limpers in front of me in late position or in EP. I'm usually chucking KQo UTG or UTG+1 and limping with KQs UTG or UTG+1.

Anyways, any advice is appreciated. I'd assume the answer would breakdown into a KQs vs KQo and at a loose table vs a tight table.

Thanks!

In a loose game it is correct to raise because of your preflop equity against multiple opponents. You only need to win 1/(# of opponents) times to make this a profitable raise.
In a solid game it is often correct to just call. This keeps the pot small, and prevents your opponents from having the correct odds to call with weak draws after the flop, if you flop the best hand.
In a loose game your opponents will often draw anyway, so you are only giving up your preflop equity.
To win in poker you only need to be one step ahead of your opponents. Two steps may be detrimental.

There is a huge difference between KQs and KQo. The additional 4% of the time that you will make a flush with suited cards gives them much more value.

Agree with everything Demi has mentioned. KQo was a big leak for me in all kinds of games until I started limping in MP/LP with lots of callers and isolating post-flop if I hit. I'm way + now that I've done this.

Don't feel bad...it's one of those hands that's easy to overplay.
