looks ok to me. i usually call the raise and pray for a miracle on the river. but in this case if he has AK then you are drawing dead. not to mention AJ and A9.

Can you PLEASE use the hand converter? It's a lot simpler to read thanks...

Frankly, I can't use the hand converter. I have tried numerous times and it doesn't recognize the format. I believe the problem is that I'm using a Mac, as I haven't heard anyone else have a problem, and the converter apparently works for hand histories from pokerroom. Does anyone else use a Mac? Has anyone had a problem with the hand converter not recognizing their hand histories' format?

ya know what, i just re-read this and realized you are up against the BB. sometimes when i am defending my BB heads up, i do exactly what badbeat did, which is check-call the flop, then checkraise the turn (esp. a scary turn) hoping the raiser has two unimproved high cards and will fold.

it's possible you got played. but the BB had to believe you hit that ace on the flop, so a bluff-raise on the turn would be mighty gutsy. heads up, you probably don' t have good enough implied odds to call him down every time.

Can anyone give brillaint ideas, when
we have kk , and board comes and A when we are not drawing flush or straight.

For example, I don't know how to do when
I have kk , preflop raise , except sb and bb.

flop : A 5 9 rainbow.
sb check, bb bet, i am kk . What should I do . CALL/RAISE? or even FOLD?

I usually just fold on a draw free board, although sometimes I call down. Try to figure out if he's the type to lead Ax here or is more likely on something like 9x 5x or god knows what.
