What's the most +EV play in this pot? Should I be 3-betting the turn?

Weirdest line ever by BB, I mean, what can he have besides A4h/A4c or 46h?
This hand is just weird, UTG+1 likely has QQ/JJ/ or any big ten. BB could have anything the whole way, however, he did coldcall PF which makes me think it could be something like JT/QT/KT.
What would I do here? If I didn't know UTG+1 just calls the river, I think I dont raise the turn and but him on TT. Knowing what we know now, I raise this turn all the time. If his likely range is TT+/AT/Axh we beat plenty of those hands on the turn.
Jesus, I still cannot get over what BB could possibly donk, I mean, there is so much aggression on this hand, wouldn't you go for a c/r in this spot if you made a monster? I mean the 5d is not a scare card, BB has to know that someone will lead behind him, however, I could be giving him credit for knowing how to play.

UTG+1 is seems a solid LAG 21/12
BB is a bit suspect and 33/14.

Yes to try and drive out BB, but UTG 3 betting us would be bad since we can't fold. I don't mind either/or here, UTG likely has aces, BB likely chops with us or has J,J, or Q,Q

I put BB on a flush draw. He is either donking the river because this is "the only way I can win" or his Ah4h just hit.
UTG+1 is the harder one - I put him on JJ-AA.
And yes, I raise that turn in most cases.

I put UTG+1 on the same range, hence my hesitation.
I didn't put BB on a hand and was confused by the river donk.
Does this mean I'm half the player you guys are?
I was expecting to either win or lose depending on whether UTG+1 had a better or worse PP.
As some of you rightly suggested, BB had the wheel.
What does surprise me is how you guys all over-estimate the $1/2 players... it was A4o of course.
