BB is loose/passive pre-flop but seems capable of post-flop aggression.

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (5 handed) converter

Preflop: Fnord is Button with J, K.
1 fold, Fnord raises, 1 fold, BB calls.

Flop: (4.50 SB) 3, 4, 2 (3 players)
BB bets, Fnord raises, BB calls.

Turn: (4.25 BB) 4 (3 players)
BB bets, Fnord calls.

River: (6.25 BB) 9 (3 players)
BB bets, Fnord folds.

Final Pot: 7.25 BB

FLOP
Your raise on the flop didn't slow the BB down on later streets (no free cards on 4th or 5th ).

TURN
BB bets out, so unless you think he's tricky player semi-bluffing the same flush draw you have, you gotta credit him for at least a pair or two, maybe a str8, maybe trip-4s. Even though the pot was small, you were getting the correct odds to call his turn bet to see if you can spike your flush on the river.

Immediate pot odds alone say you should see the river card. However, I do know some pretty solid B&M limit players that advocate folding here ... they argue that "when the pots small, I don't chase str8 or flush draws unless it will be the nuts" .... I tend to be a little more aggressive than this myself, but maybe I could save a few bets if I adopted this thinking??

What do you think of their argument? If you were drawing to an even lower flush than K-high, would you still see the river card in this pot?

RIVER
BB likes his hand enough to bet out again on the river, you didn't hit your flush ....... easy fold!

I like how you played this Fnord.

He's probably holding a middle pair like 55, or Ax, or a couple clubs.

I'd see a river here too, cause you might get rich if a club hits and the other guy has two c's.

There are weak draws you shouldn't chase in small pots. This isn't one of them. Also consider that since it's been heads-up all the way I shouldn't need much of a hand to win.

unless the BB is a good thinking player, your olny outs are a flush. Blind aggression after a preflop raise and a flop raise is no good.
