new to table...no reads. Do I fear an overpair or expect to see AK? I don't know why I didn't cap the flop.

Check/call the river maybe. He clearly likes his hand.

With no reads here, I'd expect to see alot of different hands.

Well, I could be mistaken, but I do not believe he would raise you on the River if he had AK. All of your action in the hand indicates you are seeing it to the end. It would be very odd to see anyone fold to that river raise if they had any sort of hand and you have repped a hand from the start.

So I am thinking overpair, TT for a flopped boat, AT from someone who overvalues it PF. I have to think the Button had something good as he cold called the 3-bet. So I think an Ace-Face is out of play when he folded.

Check call the river.

The only possible hand that he is playing that you are beating is JJ. AA, KK, TT all have you beat (and QQ chops).

He had KK. I fell in love with my overpair. Everyone think betting the turn was okay?

after a flop cap with the preflop 3-bet, i go into call down mode.

betting the turn is fine. you after that raise you should check/call the river.

Without a read, I cap this pre-flop.

Yep, I agree, cap pre-flop, and since he capped the flop, I think you gotta go into check-call mode from the turn onwards. He clearly likes his hand, and unless you have a read that puts this guy on 'maniac' that has to be your best line of play.

Not only do AA, KK, TT have you beat, but so does 44, as well as any 4x for that matter.

the interesting part is if you capped preflop they might think you have AA and they would be the ones going into call down mode.
