UTG folds, UTG+1 calls, Hero raises, MP2 folds, MP3 folds, CO folds, Button folds, SB calls, BB folds, UTG+1 calls.

Flop: (7 SB) Q, 6, 5 (3 players)
SB bets, UTG+1 calls, Hero raises, SB calls, UTG+1 calls.

Turn: (6.50 BB) Q (3 players)
SB checks, UTG+1 checks, Hero bets, SB calls, UTG+1 raises, Hero calls, SB calls.

River: (12.50 BB) T (3 players)
SB checks, UTG+1 bets, Hero calls, SB folds.

Final Pot: 14.50 BB

Results in white below:
UTG+1 shows Qd Td (full house, queens full of tens).

I would consider re-raising the turn for value and to tell the SB to take his draw and shove it where the sun don't shine. If UTG+1 caps it check/call the river because with that board it really narrows his capping hands to Qx 66 55 or a kamikaze TT+. Otherwise, it's a river beat.

You both played it right, you were ahead and he caught a 3 outer.
