Why the stop-and-go? I 3-bet the flop. At this point I think you are ahead of the button's K9 or KT, but he could also be raising with one of two draws that you don't want to let him catch cheaply. Also 3-betting has a nice side-effect of getting UTG+1 to fold his 2- or 3-outer or backdoor draw that he's folding on the turn anyway if he doesn't improve.
As played, I don't know about that turn fold. I guess it's somewhat dependent upon your read, but after a stop-and-go like that, some people will raise this turn with just a draw or weak top pair, especially if they think it will give them a chance at stealing a 10BB pot.

I agree, I'm not folding and a 3bet on the flop is pretty cheap to find out exactly where you are. Even then, I'm check/calling down.
