UTG is running 15/5/0.75 over quite a few hands. The cold caller is a little bit looser, but not by much. Should I be finding a raise somewhere.. preflop? flop?

Cryptologic 2.00/4.00 Hold'em (10 handed) link

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with J, J.
UTG raises, 1 folds, UTG+2 calls, 2 folds, Hero calls, 4 folds.

Flop: (7.50 SB) 6, 2, 6 (3 players)
UTG bets, UTG+2 calls, Hero calls.

Turn: (5.25 BB) 5 (3 players)
UTG bets, UTG+2 folds, Hero calls.

River: (7.25 BB) 4 (2 players)
UTG bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 9.25 BB.
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

the guy's stats are so tight. if you don't 3bet preflop, i'm inclined to fold.

Yeah. I like Raising wars both Preflop and postflop here.
If you get into a war pre-flop and then go after him again postflop: Strongly consider letting it go on the turn if he shows any sort of strength. Mostly because I think ONLY AA, KK, and QQ would keep hammering at that board on the turn.
The older I get, the more I start wondering; Just what in the hell is going on here?
