If all you know is that he plays loose doesn't mean very much... a player could be passive and if he was i would probably slow WAY down maybe even think about folding my hand come the turn... however if he's super argo loose (maniac) then i put a lot more bets in thinking my JJ could be ahead...

however here is the issue... you had to call a cap cold with JJ PF this screams that AA and/or KK is probably out there...

Then UTG donks out into a raisers and a capper on a board of 467 a board that looks like it bricked everyone? Unless someone holds 44, 66, 77, I don't know if I can put anyone on 58 or 35 paying a cap but you never know A5s in hearts is a possibility....

Regardless, your hand I think is an easy muck for me looking down the barrel of another cold call of a cap on this flop... (Yes I know it’s a 3 bet see below)…

I want to guess one guy probably has an over pair maybe 2 another probably has a SD or FD maybe a combo of both... your Jh is probably not good always... so this leaves you with about 1.5 out (discounted the Jh)...

this means you need to have 29.6:1 to call correctly... the pot holds 35.4:1 however you have to expect it to be caped. I have to assume it’s going to be capped given the PF action and the fact they still going at each other on this flop…

If you call and all other players to call so that adds 6sb so you looking at 41:4 or 10.25:1... You don't have the odds... so it's an easy muck...

Fanatics posts are too long for my attention span so without reading his I'll post my own response, and it will probably say the same in 600 words less..

muck it preflop.

Cold calling a capped flop with JJ is no better than cold calling it with 22... you are playign for set value and won't have the implied odds need for an 8:1 unless the pot goes over 20BB's. (which is possible with this action, but its still so unlikely its a losign play)

Yea I have to agree. I should have let it go pre flop. I did muck it after the flop though. But yea unless I was seeing a jack on the flop I would have to leave it anyway which makes the big call a mistake..i think

The results were pretty funny as i would have won unimproved but that doesn't take away fromthe decision before the flop. It would be a very hard read to say they all had trash as they did. It was a great table to play at..everybody got even looser after that hand.
