MP2 was a maniac 60/25/2 or so. I thought I could isolate but the BB (a very solid player) caps it, maybe knowing what I was trying to do here.

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (7 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with J, K.
2 folds, MP2 raises, 2 folds, Hero 3-bets, BB caps, MP2 calls, Hero calls.

After it checked though the flop I knew no one had an ace, with the clubs, even the maniac would have bet the ace.
Flop: (12 SB) A, 4, 2 (3 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, MP2 checks.

Once the idiot folded I thought about it for a while and decided to raise here.
Turn: (6 BB) A (3 players)
Hero checks, BB bets, MP2 folds, Hero raises, BB folds.

Final Pot: 9 BB

Reasons for the raise

1.everyone at the table was trying to get to MP2 and he (BB) most likely thought I was trying to isolate.
2.If he had KQ there is no way he can call me down.
3.If he has 55-TT this guy might fold, he doesnt get married to hands.
4.It looks like I am protecting my hand from a 4 flush (In a crappy way I might add)
5. His bet didnt strike me as strong, hes solid and would have bet the flop if he had an ace.
6. If he called and the river brought a 4 flush, I might win the pot there with a bet.

Why the !#$^% did you change your avatar (although I must admit that she looks almost as good).

BTW I like the play here too since you have such a strong read.

What does this mean?

Also, I like the play. But only because you analyzed it so well. Good job
If I had a hammer
I'd drop in the morning
I'd drop in the evening..

I think the 3 clubs on the board gave you the fold. His bet on the turn was a rather weak representation of a flush. When you raised he bailed thinking you had it. I think the aces were almost mute point. It was all about the suited board. Tthe aces just gave him one more reason to fold. Excellent raise.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.
