1.) good.

2.) stop betting on the turn. fold the river.

3.) fold the turn.

4.) raise the flop to find where you stand. turn fold is obvious.

5.) raise the turn.

limit isnt my main game but im learning (1.5k hands under my belt now). wouldnt mind if anyone commented on my advice.

Hand 2 - Turn bet is fine. Check/call River.

Hand 4 - I think you played this fine. A bit weak/tight for most people here. But it doesnt hurt to call and then see what happens. With you raising PF I'm more likely to give these guys the doubt on a face card. If it had went HU I raise on the flop and then check/call down.
Superb play sir...I always call 20% of my stack off with a gutshot draw. Excuse me while I race for my wallet.

hand 1: standard
hand 2: fold to the river raise. (you're calling at higher stakes tho)
hand 3: cap preflop. quit calling the river with ace high.
hand 4: raise the flop. otherwise good fold on the turn.
hand 5: pop the turn.

Do you seriously think AKo unimproved is good more than 10% of the time against that line?

Hand 1: Really standard.

Hand 2: I prefer a check/call river line, what advantage does betting have here? Definitely fold to the raise, you're hardly ever good here.

Hand 3: I'd cap preflop. Fold the turn, you're beat. CO's line really looks like a big hand, the pot is only 5BBs and you only really beat a bluff here.

Hand 4: You're good here often, raise the flop. Turn fold is good.

Hand 5: I think there are two good lines to chose from here - raising the turn or calling the turn and raising the river. Since the board is so coordinated and he may be on a straight draw a turn raise looks best because he wont put in any bets on the river if he misses. Also due to the passive nature of 0.5/1 players he may check a made hand on the river, therefore you miss the value raise.

Very few players bluff raise the river that often. That line is almost always a river suck-out or a passive player getting cute.

yeah you're right. i was thinking about another thread that i read long ago where someone successfully bluff raised the river vs a check/call, check/call, bet/fold line.
