Bet out the flop. I don't mind c/c for the turn, but there is a thin value bet for the river without a read. He will have a lower pocket pair more often than A,x by his line.

I think I could bet/fold this flop if the guy was anything other than a maniac. But, I admit, the check/raise on the flop is pretty pointless.
