Looks standard to me. 3-bet with AQ, then bet until met with resistance.

It is standard but b_miller is a friend of mine and I made him fold his AK.

Getting back to your hand, his side is very interesting. Let's see, Random EP limp, good player raises, you 3-bet.

Your 3-bet range here (relative to AK) is likely:
AA - 4 ways
KK - 4 ways
AK - 4 ways
AQ - 8 ways
QQ - 6 ways
JJ - 6 ways
TT - 6 ways

With position on the 3-better and the 3rd player in pre-flop he should have capped in hopes of getting a free card on the flop or turn (probably break even for value given only 1 other.)

When the flop misses he's almost always behind or spliting without help. Without the 3rd player's money in the pot I fold on the turn. Otherwise, he's not getting pot odds to call on the river. Perhaps if he capped pre-flop...

Aggression is good.

As for the party poker 2/4, I have played there and have had no luck. I have been destroying the limit games at the bugsys club. There aren't alot of games to choose from over there because of the relatively few players but I have a bankroll to play just about whatever game I want. At party I just can't seem to win. They give too many 'action flops' and there are more flushes then you can shake a stick at. I actually played on party today and lost $100 and then went on to bugsys club and picked up $205. I consistantly win money over there and with the few amount of players its easy to keep track of playing styles.

It's just a different game when there are regularly 4+ to a flop... I'll swing up and down $100 within an hour.
