You'll get one of those 3 hands once for every 74 hands you play. In that time you will pay a little over 5.5BB in blinds at a ten handed table. It only gets worse if shorthanded. It just isn't possible to average 5.5BB per hand over every time you get QQ+ against any realistic opponents outside of play money. It might be possible at stakes like .01/.02 or .02/.04.

It depends how you treat the blinds though. I could see you breaking even/making a little if you were allowed to play the blinds correctly.

Not to mention that if you only play QQ,KK,AA even the most braindead opponent will see you as ridiculously tight and not give you any action when you get one of those hands.

Yeah, I saw a strategy posted a while ago where you only played AA, KK and AK at low stakes nl.
