...but is it correct?
I know this is probably an uber standard spot but I'm newish to Omaha.
I'm really just curious 1) about preflop given stack sizes and 2) whats your standard play against fairly aggressive opponents oop in this spot.
I don't think I can go wrong with anything other than folding but I just feel like i'll get value from a wider range and maybe induce action from the CO if I just call and risk a board pair or another club.

looks fine, now shove. If CO has a hand he wants to play he's playing no matter what, he'll be getting like 4/1 on his money. also after you cold call on this board if he isn't already done with it half the deck will look like it beat him and a lot of it will look bad to you also with this much behind.
EDIT for spleling

nearly half the deck kills your turn action, he's potting into the field which typically means he's going with his hand, a lot of the time he's going to have overpair+clubs when he bets here (this is at higher stakes, not sure how it applies here) so let's just gogogogogo

I raise here 100% of the time. I can see an argument for limping at some tables, open folding would be terrible

yeah check/shove is my line of choice here. quite often he has the same straight as you, but you have redraws to higher straights and two blockers to his potential NFD. at $5 plo i think he is calling your c/shove with a terribly wide range.
