Raise the turn, call the river.
Reason: If he had JJ or or had hit AJ or something he'd probably re-raise you on the flop. I think he gave away his hand by calling your raise on the flop. 6 hits on the turn, not likely to help a hand he capped pre flop (or diamond flush) so re-raise his bet. I only call the river because 3 to a flush.

EDIT: I'm also not thinking AJ either since that's not a cap situation but I guess I've seen starnger at party .5/1

Raise the turn, you have the best hand here nearly everytime.

He probably has KK, QQ or AK.

Raise the river too ... there are only 2 hands to fear because of the pre-flop raises. Thats JJ and KQd. I know some people will cap with JJ, but I don't think it's a reasonable play. Capping with KQd is stupid. Unless you have a read that this guy would make one of these two plays, raise. If he 3bets the turn you can just call down.

he doesnt have JJ, if he had JJ, he would check and call the flop, planning to raise the turn.

i think your safe with a raise war on the turn.
