If I'm not mistaken, I had decent implied odds to make the flop call with the gutshot. The results oriented side of me thought I put it down at the right time cause both players were never going to fold with a better hand.

PokerStars 5/10 Hold'em (6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Hero is BB with 7, T.
2 folds, CO calls, Button raises, 1 fold, Hero calls, CO calls.

Flop: (6.40 SB) 6, 9, 6 (3 players)
Hero checks, CO checks, Button bets, Hero folds, CO raises, Button 3-bets, CO calls.

Turn: (6.20 BB) 8 (2 players)
CO checks, Button bets, CO calls.

River: (8.20 BB) J (2 players)
CO checks, Button bets, CO raises, Button 3-bets, CO calls.

Final Pot: 14.20 BB

Results in white below:
CO has 4s 3s (flush, jack high).
Button has Jh Jc (full house, jacks full of sixes).
Outcome: Button wins 14.20 BB.

Fold Preflop. 5.5-1 isnt odds enough to call suited 2 gappers from the BB. You need ~7/1 or so if not more.

Duely noted, I originally thought it was 6ish or so. Whoops

maybe for no gappers, the odds you need keep going up the more distance you have between your whole cards.
