This took me some time. At first I couldn't believe how much information was in there. I was printing out the help and getting all the definitions down and stuff. Then after a couple weeks, it was second nature...

Meh...probably going to be pretty basic stuff, based on the contents. Just take your time playing around, and you'll figure it out. I honestly think you'll get the same by reviewing the PT forum and teaching yourself...
Just MO...haven't bought it.

Many of the players here have purchased PT it is well worth it, the trial version only gives you 1000 hands where the full you can have as many as you damn well please as far as I can tell... if you play enough to make it worth your while then I highly suggest you purchase PT...

My first $55 profit went to Poker Tracker.
Well worth it if your going to play much.
It does so much for you.
Replaying hands.
Tracking EVERYTHING (and I do mean everything) about you and everyone else you play with.
BTW: one very important thing is what site you play at. If you dont play at a site that supports PT then it's going to be useless to you. In fact I moved to UB because I wanted to play at a site with better PT support.
check the pokertracker.com web site to see what the support.

But is the Poker tracker guide worth $20?
Has anyone read this thing?

To win in poker you only need to be one step ahead of your opponents. Two steps may be detrimental.

I posted a question about this in the poker tools forum I believe. The consensus seemed to be saying that you can get all the information you would need from the PT forum and saving the money would be the best idea. I however am kind of interested in it, just as having a good way to get familiar with it. It may cut down significantly on the time you invest in learning the program.
I am considering this (I've had pokertracker two weeks) and haven't even begun to really get the full benefit of it. If this guide can help someone do this, it very well could be worth it. I want to purchase it, but hesitate to do so before hearing an independant review of it.
