Well, my only reasoning I have for calling the cap preflop was I figured if they all held high cards then if my 2 hit I could have a nice pot. Well, I guess a 10-7s had the same idea...

I have no Idea. All I know is from experience if you raise on the flop and get called, then the same person comes out betting then chances are he has you beat.

I dont know why I called the river, I just wanted to see what he was betting me with, which is a REAL bad habit which didn't get helped out by me calling down and winning.

I'm so used to people respecting the bets and raises from Interpoker I'm really having to adjusting my play.

Yesterday up 17 BB
Today, down 35BB. I'm not on tilt but to tell the truth i'm nervous on every friggin hand. I seriously am thinking about moving up to the 1/2 to reduce the amount of bad beats. I've still got another couple hundred hands to clear my bonus, so, if that works out I will.

Bad beats are a sure sign you're playing the right game. Besides, they don't "respect" raises in the 2/4 game, so extrapolate from there what the 1/2 game is like... I have to tone down my game on some tables, as I like to be in there raising it up and firing away which is counter-productive when they call down your unimproved AKo with an unimproved 22.

Hand 1:
I like your river play. Ax 6x beats you too, so you're probably smoked.

Hand 2:
Raise the turn, unless you have a read. An aggressive player will run the same line with Ax. With a big pot, I want to kick out the chaser behind me and clean up outs if I'm behind.

Hand 3:
If he won't 3-bet you with 2pr abuse him with postion. Raise the turn and check the river behind unimproved.

Hand 4:
Amazing river call, I hope you had a read. I 3-bet the flop and proceed.

Moving up to 1/2 won't help you stop bad beats at all. The players on the 1/2 party tables(even the 2/4) are just as bad as at the .5/1 tables. I don't know why you would want to try and stop bad beats anyway. Bad beats just mean that people are trying to give you their money, but have been momentarily stopped. The more you recieve, the better the chances that you are going to make a LOT of money in your game.

I remember the good ole' days of bonus clearing. It sucks. You've got to keep that nice fat bankroll with you so you don't go broke before the bonus clears.

It is scary and it's kind of tough to play correctly trying to clear a bonus. You need to get in there and make some moves, but if you get sucked out on a few big hands, you won't have the $$ left to clear the bonus.

Man I got reemed tonight on Pokernow:

Down 54 BB, if it wasnt for the 17 I won yesterday and the $100 bonus I could shoot myself in the foot. Definately not used to this lower-caliber player. Cant believe I had 3 straight Flopped Sets trashed and only one made flush/open ended straight draw over 400 hands, unbelievable.

Side Note:

Bonus whoring is awesome, its an easy way to build a bankroll.

You've got the monthly Interpoker Bonuses of $90.
You've got the Pacific Poker $100
Pokernow's $100 + $100 (hopefully)
Check N' Raise $300 (go 60% baby!)
Not including the other 2 Party Skins (sadly I'm already signed up for )

Thats a nice $700 at least, not including potential Ultimate Bet and the others out there, I bet I can clear $1000 of just bonuses alone. Easy way to build the bankroll.

Not sure what I can say, but all I will say is that those beats are probably because you're in such a micro limit game. Play higher limit and those will dissapear more and more seemingly.
