Very easy cap for me, especially lately. The three better could very well have AQ or any Pocket Pair 66 and up and the orginial raisor could have anything from AT to KJ.
However, if it is capped to me, I can find a fold preflop.

To win in poker you only need to be one step ahead of your opponents. Two steps may be detrimental.

SSH says call the 3-bet but I'll cap here on the account of SSH being wrong and me being right.

You cap 'cuz that is way better than calling both a 3 bet and cap.
saves you some time
