SNG's
Anyone got real experience in these? Only playing $1.05s on iPoker network with some spare change i had in neteller. I enjoy HU but im too weak in NLHU and seem more suited to FL HU, unfortunately ive read that FL HU cash isnt beatable due to rake until like 2/4+ so would SNGs be start till I can redeposit and play 2/4+

if i play HU, i play SNGs only.....for the rake reason you mentioned. but, i also play NL, too. i wouldnt play a LHE SNG HU if you paid me.

i would most definitely stick with the SNGs until you can get past that rake.
LHE is a game where your skill keeps you breakeven until you hit your rush of random BS.

Nothing beats flopping quads while dropping a duece!

why wouldnt u play LHE SNG HU? tbh I seem to have trouble with super aggro players, think >10AF, mainly because unlike NL where you can such insane amounts of implied odds when seeing a flop, seeing a couple of flops/turns and still having nothing worth fighting for can be quiet damaging. However ive gone 6/6 and feel like I have a bigger edge than i ever felt in NL HUs. Just such a shame that there is like 0 traffic for these.

What are 6/9max FL SNGs like, ive kind of observed a few and was very aware of the players making such awful folds, forfieting a decent sized pot and leaving themselves 1-3BB stack after the fold

you just said it right there in the bold. NL LAGs punish players in a HU format. 60/40 actually becomes closer to ideal than 25/15....and NO ONE knows that. its the only format i feel i play LAG well. and, its only because the lower stakes players are clueless. any higher stakes "LAG" would crush the hell out of me by leveling me so hard.

bottom line is: most HU players need to do a little research before they dive into HU play. they come in with an attitude of "i know i need to loosen up, so i'll play A9s and ATo and maybe i'll call with KK and raise with 89s."

they make it very easy to play against if i just raise every hand and go from there. ( whoa!!!! if only asd just saw that light bulb click in my head.) anyhoo, if i am raising and constantly applying the pressure on you.....its very easy to know where you stand. and, if you never slow me down, your only weapon is the slowplay.....which i will still suck out on a fair amount of the time.

you just cant punish a LHE player like you can a NL player. so, all LAG does in LHE is earn me a few bets. i cant end it quickly. therefore, i will get very bored playing LHE HU.
