Raise preflop. Folding's fine too just don't open-limp in a 5 handed game. Your limp was the equivalent of open-limping in MP3 at a full table. No no.
Post-flop looks good.

How I played a flopped set with 55:
This one I call from the BB due to the fact I like limping smaller pockets hoping to spick something and if you get a beautiful of a flop like this one you can make the move I did...
Typically, I like limping in with anything less then 88 in anything earlier then MP2 I like having limpers in the pot with me, to get the correct odds to play the pp you need probably 2 or 3 limpers in front of you, and at that I would not raise PF unless it was an open raise from MP2 or later…
In a 5 handed game though I probably would raise a lot more like Phyl mentioned...
