Nice hand, pretty well played

I would consider raising preflop.

After the flop you have the 2nd best low with a draw to the nut flush. However you are out of position, I think a raise is good to try to figure out where you stand, I would probably throw in a 1/2 pot size raise.

After that, well played

Yeah with omaha i never know what hands to raise preflop... well maybe aa23 ds

In Omaha H/L you are generally raising to steal the button more than anything else. Not raisesing preflop is not a very big mistake.
